"After getting into two accidents in 3 days (yes, count 'em, TWO), I knew I needed to get my car fixed because 1. I hate driving around in a ghetto looking car and 2. My active head restraints were deployed so I was giving myself even more whiplash by driving my car in this condition. Westside Fender came recommended by a few friends so I decided to go down to them to get an estimate. As soon as I pulled up, a guy by the name of David got down to business and inspected every nook and cranny of the damages. As soon as he was done, David patiently explained what he found and what would need to be done. I was surprised that such a young guy could be so knowledgeable about everything related to my car. It helped that he had an ASE certificate on the wall of his air conditioned office.
As soon as the estimate was done, I was sold, so we got the process started right away. He worked with the insurance companies and helped secure a loaner for me. I literally was expecting to wait at least a week for everything to be done, but with a blink of an eye, I got the call that my car was ready and life was beginning to feel normal again. When I got my car back, it looked better than it did before my accidents! I couldn't be happier! Not everyone can suffer through whiplash and come out with a nicer car than they started with. And for that, David, I am grateful. Hopefully I'll never have to go through this again, but if my unlucky stars align again, you can bet I'm driving straight to this place."
